1. Returns Eligibility
If you change your mind you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it under UK consumer law. We extend this to 30 days to give you more flexibility. To be eligible for a return items must be unused unwashed and in original condition with all tags labels and packaging intact. Items shipped in boxes must be returned with the box. Items that appear worn used washed or returned in damaged or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return email us at info@lostsol.co with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our instructions before sending your item back.

3. Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service as Lost Sol Ltd is not responsible for returns lost in transit. If your item is faulty or incorrect we will cover the cost of return postage.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If the return is approved we will process a refund within 7 working days to your original payment method. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind we will refund the full amount you paid including any standard delivery charges.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days check your bank account then contact your card provider. If the issue remains unresolved please email us at info@lostsol.co.

6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. To receive a different item please return the original and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery please contact us at info@lostsol.co with your order number and photos. Faults include stitching issues discolouration or material defects. We do not cover damage caused by general wear and tear incorrect washing or misuse. If confirmed faulty we will offer a replacement if available or a full refund. We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

8. Personalised or Final Sale Items
Items marked as personalised or final sale are non-refundable unless faulty.

9. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift the return will be processed as store credit or refunded to the original purchaser depending on the situation. Please email us to discuss your options.
