Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During promotional or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please email info@lostsol.co with your order number as the subject.

Delivery Options (UK Only)

• Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) – £3.50

• Express Delivery (1-2 business days) – £5.00

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £65

We use Royal Mail and Evri, depending on your location, service selected and order volume.

Non-Signature Deliveries
Some deliveries may not require a signature. If no one is home, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place. By placing an order with a non-signature service, you accept responsibility for deliveries left unattended. Lost Sol Ltd is not liable for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated missed attempts, and is returned to us, any additional shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund or charged for redelivery.

Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will be dispatched once the pre-order item becomes available. We do not split shipments. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
