13. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Lost Sol Ltd is not liable for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If your parcel is not received within a reasonable time, please notify us within 14 days. We allow 7 working days to investigate with our courier and aim to resolve all delivery issues promptly during this time. If deemed lost, we will either resend the item(s) or issue a credit.

14. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions: items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items shipped in boxes must be returned with the box. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If damage occurs in transit due to poor packaging, we may deny a refund.

15. Faulty or Damaged Items
We offer a three month warranty on manufacturing faults such as tears, discolouration, and stitching defects. This does not include general wear and tear or incorrect washing. Contact info@lostsol.co with your order number and photos to begin a return or replacement process.

16. Promotions and Offers
All promotions and discounts are exclusive to www.lostsol.co unless otherwise stated. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Some may require a minimum spend. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend offers without notice. Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

17. Discount Codes
Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes must be entered at checkout and are subject to expiry and minimum spend terms. Codes do not apply to personalised products and are only valid on www.lostsol.co. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items unless otherwise stated.

18. Personalisation Policy
If we offer product personalisation in the future, we reserve the right to reject any custom content that includes offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory language. Orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
